Where to start?
If you’re like most folks who are just starting to think about buying a home, you probably didn’t hire a realtor right away. That’s okay. 90% of home buyers begin their search for a new home online.
If you’re still at this stage, here are some great tools you can use to make make your search easy and productive:
- MLS Search – The Multiple List Service (MLS) is a database of every property listed for sale with a member real estate broker. You will be able to find over 99% of properties actively for sale. Use the search tool on this website to easily and quickly search the MLS by location, price range and other common criteria.
- My Mobile App – Go to http://app.foxroach.com/FR71789 on your mobile phone or tablet to download my mobile app. You can search properties on the go while you’re out driving by homes and exploring locales. My favorite feature of the app is the “Closest Home” feature. If you are driving by a property and want some details, just tap the “Closest Home” button and all of the details and pictures will be right at your fingertips.
- Community Information – Go to the Communities Page to learn about communities in southwestern Chester County. Get a general overview on specific communities as well as details on demographics, market trends, schools, and local commerce and establishments.
- Contact Me – I’m happy to answer questions and provide assistance in any way I can.
Yes, with enough time and energy you can do all of this on your own. However, statistics prove that you’ll be more successful in finding your dream home at the right price with the help of your real estate agent.
